Name, email, phone, company, role/title, country, and communication preferences.
B. Commercial & billing data
Billing contact, address, tax identifiers, purchase records, subscription/metering events. Card data is processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
C. Product/Service usage & telemetry
Log files, feature usage, performance metrics, crash reports, device and browser type, OS, IP address, timestamps, language, and related diagnostic data.
D. Support interactions
Ticket contents, chat/email/voice interactions, attachments, screenshots, and troubleshooting artifacts.
E. Marketplace lead data
When you interact with our listing, Microsoft may share lead/contact info with us; we may share usage/metering signals back for billing and entitlement where applicable.
F. Marketing & events
Newsletter sign-ups, webinar/meetup registrations, campaign responses, and preference data.
G. Cookies & similar technologies
Identifiers set by cookies, local storage, or SDKs for essential operations, analytics, and preferences (see §10).

Files, prompts, datasets, or configuration you upload to use product features (as applicable to the specific product).
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories (e.g., health, biometric templates) unless expressly required for a feature you enable and subject to appropriate safeguards.
